1. e-Notification v2 Basic Operations
The submission and approval of monthly premium and service documents (MPSB) is carried out through this platform.
Monthly Premium and Service Document Entry: The number of premium payment days and premium-based earnings (PBE) of insured persons are entered from this screen.
Accrual Slip Viewing: The document showing the net amount to be paid following approved declarations.
Cancellation/Supplementary Declaration Operations: Used for cancelling erroneously entered declarations or adding missing days.
Insured Employment Entry/Exit Declaration: Notification to the institution of employees' commencement and termination processes (the exit declaration must be made within 10 days of the separation date).
2. Operations via the Employer System (V2)
This module is used for more comprehensive queries and incentive management:
Incentive Management: Querying and registering current employment incentives (e.g., 6111, 7103, 17103, etc.) available to the business.
Debt Query / Payment: Tracking accumulated premium debts, administrative fines, and late payment surcharges for the workplace.
Work Accident and Occupational Disease Notification: Notification must be made through this system within a maximum of 3 business days from the date of the accident.
Curriculum Card: A detailed statement showing all debts and payment history of the workplace.
3. Important Reminders and Deadlines (2026)

| Premium Payment | Until the last day of the following month. |
| Employment Entry Declaration | At the latest 1 day before starting work (exceptions exist in certain sectors). |
| Missing Day Notification | Must be selected with reason codes through the system by the 26th of the month. |
System Usage Tip: Eligibility Check
Employers can optimize labor costs by checking the incentives previously used by personnel they intend to hire and their insurance status from the "Potential Incentive Query" menu.
Note: As of 2026, offsetting transactions for the minimum wage support and similar incentives are done automatically by the system; however, it should be checked each month whether the discounts are reflected on the accrual slips.
