Employment of Youth, Women and Professionally Certified Persons (6111)

For personnel who were unemployed in the 6 months prior to their hiring date and are employed in addition to the average number of employees, the entire employer's share is supported. The support duration varies between 6 and 54 months.

Young Entrepreneur Incentive

For real persons between the ages of 18-29 who open a workplace for the first time, all of their BAĞ-KUR premiums are covered by the State for 1 year.

R&D and Design Activities

Half (50%) of the employer's share of the insurance premium for personnel working in R&D centers or technoparks is within the scope of support.

Minimum Wage Support (2024)

A monthly support payment of 700 TL is provided for each insured person employed in workplaces that meet the conditions.

Eligibility Conditions

  • Monthly premium and service documents must be submitted within the legal period.
  • There must be no outstanding SGK premium debts.
  • Unregistered insured personnel must not be employed.
  • The business must have private sector status.
