İŞKUR and SGK Employment Incentives

Implemented to alleviate the tax, premium, and wage burden on enterprises, these incentives are financed by the Unemployment Insurance Fund and the Treasury to protect employment and support new personnel recruitment.

👩‍💼 Women, Youth, and Vocationally Certified Employment Incentive

A large part of the SGK employer's share is covered when private sector employers provide additional employment.

Women (18+) 24 - 54 Months Support
Young Men (18-29) 12 - 54 Months Support
  • The personnel must have been unemployed for the last 6 months.
  • The employment must be in addition to the previous 6-month average number of insured employees.
  • It is valid if premiums are paid within the legal period.

🚀 Additional Employment Incentive (Sectoral)

Premium support is provided for 12 to 18 months for each additionally employed insured individual, primarily in the manufacturing and informatics sectors.

💰 Unemployment Benefit Recipients

When you hire a person receiving unemployment benefits, the entire SGK premium, except for 1%, is covered by the fund during the remaining benefit period.

♿ Disability Employment

The entire SGK employer's share at the minimum wage level for disabled employees is covered by the Treasury.

Regional Investment and Employment Incentive

Insurance premium supports provided within the scope of investment incentives vary according to the region where the enterprise is located (from Region 1 to Region 6).

General Utilization Requirements

  • Monthly premium and service documents must be submitted within the legal period.
  • There must be no SGK premium debt, or debts must be restructured.
  • Unregistered insured personnel must not be employed.
  • The recruited personnel must be in addition to the average number of insured employees.
