International Trade Fair Participation Details

The support amount for international trade fairs is calculated based on the size of the booth area in square meters (m²) and the cost parameters of the country/sector where the fair takes place.

Participation Limits and Conditions:
  • • Maximum of 5 trade fairs supported per year for standard companies.
  • • Maximum of 2 trade fairs supported per year for prestigious international fairs.
  • • Producers/manufacturing entities can benefit up to 10 times a year.

Target Country Advantage: 70%

For trade fairs held in target countries determined by the Ministry, the support rate is increased by 20 percentage points and applied as 70%.

Domestic Fairs with International Status

Only "Sectoral Domestic Fairs with International Status" designated by the Ministry fall within the scope of support. Supported expense items for these fairs include:

Important Information: Applications for trade fair support must be submitted to the relevant Exporters' Association via the DYS system within the specified period following the end date of the fair.
