Travel and Meeting Rules

📍 Route Limit Support can be obtained for a maximum of 3 different countries within 1 trip.
📅 Duration Limit Supported for a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 10 days. (Trips exceeding 20 days are out of scope.)
🤝 Meeting Requirement At least 1 potential customer meeting must be held every day within the scope of the activity.
✈️ Transportation Type Economy class airplane, train, ship, and bus tickets are supported by 50%.

⚠️ Attention: Non-Supported Situations

Expenses incurred under the following situations are strictly excluded from the scope of incentives:

  • Group travels (5+ companies together)
  • Dates overlapping with trade fair participation
  • Accompaniment of spouse and 2nd degree relatives
  • Travel to a country where your office is located
  • Official delegation/conference participations
  • Transportation to a country where no meeting is held
  • Trips solely for touristic purposes
  • More than 2 trips to the same country within a year

Important Reminder: In order to receive market research support, it is mandatory to photograph the meetings in the visited countries, collect business cards, and prepare a detailed Market Research Report.

Duration: Applications must be submitted to the İBGS via the DYS system within maximum 6 months from the travel end date.
