In order to increase the competitiveness of companies in international markets, the certificates they obtain and the registration procedures they perform regarding the products they will manufacture or export are supported by the state.

Supported Certificates and Procedures

The following items to be obtained from accredited institutions and organizations are within the scope of support:

  • ✔ Test and Analysis Reports
  • ✔ Licensing Procedures
  • ✔ Registration Procedures (Sectoral Registrations)
  • ✔ Market Entry Certificates (ISO, CE, etc.)

Application Process and Statute of Limitations

Support applications are submitted through the Support Management System (DYS) to the General Secretariat of the Exporters' Association (İBGS) of which the company is a member. Time constraints must be strictly observed:

Procedure Type Application Period
Market Entry Certificates 6 Months from the date of issuance of the certificate
Licensing and Registration 6 Months from the date of the payment document

Non-Supported Expense Items

The following expenditures are not included within the scope of the 50% support:

  • Training and consultancy services
  • Travel and accommodation expenses
  • Surveillance / inspection fees

Warning: Applications must be made through the DYS system using an electronic signature. Applications not submitted within the specified period will not be processed.
