You do not need to wait for the registration process to be completed to apply for support. The filing of the trademark application is sufficient to benefit from the support.

🚫 Excluded Expenditures

Renewal expenses of already registered trademarks fall outside the scope of incentives. The support only covers new registration and protection procedures.

Overseas trademark registration does not only protect your name; it is also frequently required as a prerequisite to benefit from other Ministry supports such as Rent Support and Promotion Incentives. Therefore, it is of strategic importance to file your registration application before entering your target markets.

Reminder: Support applications must be submitted through the DYS system within 6 months from the date of the payment document.
