MESEM - Vocational Education and Apprenticeship Incentives
Enabling businesses to train their own qualified personnel through a master-apprentice relationship, this program recovers a large part of students' salary and insurance expenses back to the employer as a government contribution.
Salary Support
A government contribution equal to 30% of the fee paid to 9th, 10th, and 11th-grade students, and 50% of the fee paid to 12th-grade students is paid to the employer.
Zero Insurance Cost
All occupational accident and professional disease insurance premiums of the students are covered by the State.
Application and Education Process
- ✅ Age Limit: Any candidate who has completed the age of 14 can apply.
- ✅ Education Model: Theoretical education at school 1 day a week, practical training at the enterprise 4 days a week.
- ✅ Year-Round Registration: Registration procedures are not limited to a specific period and continue throughout the year.
- ✅ Current Employees: This support can also be utilized for workers already employed in your business.
Master Trainer Requirement
The workplace where the contract will be signed must absolutely have a staff member holding a "Master Trainer Certificate". The process becomes official with the contract signed between the enterprise, the school, and the student/parent.

Jobs of the Future and On-the-Job Training (OJT)
In programs organized in strategic areas such as cybersecurity, cloud computing, and coding, young people aged 18-29 are offered a pocket money opportunity of up to 719.32 TL per day and a training duration of up to 9 months.
